Ready to burn is a fuel certification scheme run by HETAS and Woodsure by The Government’s Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA). This certification signifies that our wood complies with Air Quality (Domestic Solid Fuels Standards) (England) Regulations 2020 that outlaw the sale of wet wood and house coal. This means that our wood is certified as having a moisture content of 20% or less and Manufactured Solid Fuels containing less than 2% sulphur content.

1 Load is equal to a cubic meter of logs or 14 of our reusable sacks.

If you have made an error in an order it is best to call us directly so we can rectify this for you asap.

We can deliver your logs to any local address at any specified place on the property. Please include this in your delivery instructions, we charge a small fee to stack them for you. If your property is difficult to find please leave detailed directions or what3words to help our drivers locate you.

We will contact you to let you know what date and if possible, whether it will be a morning or afternoon delivery. This information is not always available but we do try to be accommodating where possible.

Here at Tyack's we take the quality of our products very seriously. All of our wood and coal products are packed by us onsite so we can make sure that everything is up to a high standard. We use as moisture meter to check that the moisture levels are below 20 % and in line with government legislation. If you are unhappy with your order please call us and we can arrange for someone to collect and process you a refund.
